About Grant Associates
I'm Rob Grant, a licensed builder in Massachusetts and the owner of Grant Associates, LLC. I started the business in 2020 after years of hands-on work in remodeling, renovations, and residential construction. I live in Waltham.
My work focuses on interior remodeling — full-scale renovations, additions, design/build projects, and custom carpentry. I also take on select painting and exterior projects when they complement an ongoing renovation.
Straightforward communication throughout every phase of the project. I've built full additions, remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, and handled a wide range of projects — always aiming to keep things on track and built to last.
I take on projects beyond MetroWest when the fit is right — the work, the timeline, and the relationship.
